As a consumer you may have more rights than you realize so it pays to know them so that you can buy with confidence and know what to do if things go wrong which they almost certainly do at some point. As someone once said "To be forewarned is to be forearmed." or something like that as the saying goes, always read the small print and never ever be forced into buying something that you don`t need or want. This may seem like obvious advice but a lot of people still get caught out when it comes to panic buying and contractual obligations, so be vigilant and take the free advice contained within this website, you won`t regret it.
